NBM Series Mulcher

A handy 'all rounder' to hitch to your ATV, side by side or anything with a tow bar! The towed drum mulcher is ideal for small lie style blocks and is able to tackle those paddocks, driveways and is even capable of mulching small pruning's!

The European designed COSMO BPF Series Mulchers are designed for tractors 50 to 100hp and have a tower that hydraulically side shifts. Like the COSMO SFM Series Mulchers, the BPF Series Mulchers are fitted with height-adjustable mulching rakes that hold larger pruning's (up to Ø 70mm) in the cutting chamber for mulching in vineyards and orchards. Additionally, the rear of the COSMO BPF Series Mulcher deck can be opened to top pastures or when the operator needs to clear the chamber. This function is beneficial when cutting high volumes of material, allowing it to be discharged efficiently without sacrificing speed. Complete with a double skinned deck, side shift, a height adjustable rear roller and hammer blades, this mulcher will produce a high–quality finish.

The Cosmo Bully FLS-R Series Flail Mower is compatible with compact and subcompact tractors in the 15 to 30 horsepower range. It is commonly used for mulch-mowing in areas such as lawns, parklands and smallholding farms. The mower is suited to managing smaller organic material, such as sticks and twigs under 10mm in diameter.

The implement operates via a belt-driven transmission and features a gearbox with an integrated freewheel. This setup enables the rotor to reach speeds of up to 2,600rpm. Higher rotor speed increases blade tip speed, which contributes to a cleaner cut and allows the mower to process material more efficiently than models with slower rotor speeds. Hammer flails are standard and suited to heavier material, while Y-flails are available for finer mulching in grassy conditions.

The mower features height-adjustable skids and a height-adjustable rear roller, allowing the operator to control cutting height across various terrain types.

The GMM series is a multipurpose tractor mulcher, slasher and topper all in one. The GMM series of mowers are fitted standard with triple stack blades and front safety chains as standard, complete with European gearboxes and cam clutch on all two rotor models and quality imported gearboxes on all 3 spindle models ensures it is built tough with quality components for years of service. Available in 7 different widths this mower is suitable for tractors ranging in horsepower from 30-130HP. The GMM series is great for mulching grain, maize silage stubble, bull rushes, kikuyu, gorse, bracken and topping.

The European designed COSMO SFM-H Series Mulchers have a gearbox rating up to 70hp. The gearbox has been fitted with a built-in freewheel which allows the rotor to slowly spin to a stop in the event that the PTO power is shut off while the PTO input is at speed. The tower of the SFM-H is hydraulically side shifting (up to 300mm), allowing the operator to shift the mulcher in and out to the side. This control is beneficial when mulching along fence lines or under tree branches and vines. The rear of the deck has a series of removable, height adjustable mulching rakes that hold large pruning's (up to Ø 50mm) in the cutting chamber for maximum mulching, which along with the high-speed rotor, four belt drive and hammer blades produce a high-quality cut finish in vineyards, orchards and pastures.

The rear of the deck has a series of height-adjustable mulching rakes that hold large pruning's (up to Ø 50mm) in the cutting chamber for maximum mulching.
